Ayala Land introduces new 83-hectare Crossroads estate
Ayala Land, Inc. (ALI) broke ground its 49th estate, Crossroads located in Plaridel Bulacan — the emerging epicenter of the province.
Crossroads is an 83-hectare integrated mixed use master-planned estate in the rising enterprise zone in the eastern side of Bulacan, Plaridel — a fast-growing municipality that serves as a key gateway linking Metro Manila to other key centers like Cabanatuan, Nueva Ecija and Aurora.
Steeped in rich history, Plaridel continues its legacy of pushing the boundaries and being at the forefront towards inclusive progress and growth.
With the bustling industrial and residential developments in Plaridel, Crossroads is envisioned to bring in an influx of fresh commercial investments and developments to complement the growing activities in the area – offering new opportunities for local enterprises and leisure spaces and convenience for the rest of the community.
Thoughtfully designed to cultivate balance and convergence, its central location will be developed and primed to be the newest commercial node of Central Bulacan.
Backed with a P5.2B investment to jumpstart the estate’s initial plans in motion, ALI plans to develop the initial 20-hectare commercial node in five years.
The place to invest, establish a business or career in and build a family – the estate is one that values sustainability and balance with its dedicated spaces for greenery and pedestrian-friendly and resilient spaces.
Situated at the junction of the Plaridel Bypass and Access road, the estate is 4-km away from NLEX Balagtas Exit, making the development less than an hour away from Quezon City and the cities of Angeles and San Fernando in Pampanga. The new estate is also a 20-minute drive to Malolos City and the PNR Balagtas Station, and potentially a 40-minute drive to the proposed New Manila International Airport in Bulakan, Bulacan which has started land development.
“Over the last couple of years, investments both by the government thru major infrastructure and the private sector, have undoubtedly pushed economic activity towards Central Luzon. Now with Crossroads, the estate’s central location will serve as a key gateway and the newest commercial node of Central Bulacan and the rest of the region’s growth corridor,” Ayala Land Estates’ Group Head Robert Lao said in his speech during the groundbreaking ceremony.
Tapping into the high potential of the area, Ayala Land continues to bring in its expertise and experience in accelerating growth to solidify Crossroads being the place where all roads meet.
